Bug Description: Injury option of death penalty retains virus progression instead of wiping it. Other treatable and less invasive injuries are still kept properly.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Get infected because you got hit too many times
2) Become die
3) Progress to 67% infection in 3 days with no way to treat it cheaply. Even though no cheap treatment is intentional and acknowledged.
Actual result: FYI I'm not super salty, but it's definitely subtracting a lot from my gameplay. I continue to have to live with the increasing infection even after 3 days and it's slowly going to cause me to assure failure of any task I do. This is a horrible punishment for early gameplay. I'm good enough that I didn't get infected for 7 days since I use the brawling perk to remove zed's infection ability, but I got hit a few times by a boar in the basement of Bob's Boars and now I'm stuck with the infection. I've been playing the game for 8 years, and although I used to cheat a lot more than I do now, if keeping your severe infection after death is intentional then I'm just going to load up creative and spawn antibiotics. Coming back with a 35% stamina regeneration penalty is pretty garbage. Players who don't have enough money to buy honey to treat this when it is low are going to be stuck with it after 16%, since I think honey was changed to only treat 8% infection instead of 12%. I don't want to change it to the normal XP penalty since I think the new option is interesting, but I strongly recommend that after the infection reaches a certain point, it should go away if you die with it. Even more so since you are already respawn with 50% food and water which is dictated in the Injured Death Penalty description. I don't want death to be an exploit to fix it, I think that is too easy. So I recommend that it has a point where if you do die, it will go away. I'd recommend 60-70 percent. Which took me 3 hours to attain.
Expected result: That I would have to deal with the infection slowly reaching 100% and me realizing it didn't go away if I died. I don't even know what happens if it reaches 100%.
