    Bug Description: game freezes after showing the first black screen and crashes after a few seconds (see screenshot https://imgur.com/a/QLey24j)

     

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) run the game launcher on steam

    2) click on run with default values

     

    Actual result: game crashes

     

    Expected result: to successfully load the game menu

    The issue has been solved. 

     

    Solved by installing Windows Media Player Legacy (App) on Settings > Optional Features > Add and Optional Feature. There, input the text Windows Media Player Legacy in the search box and install de App.

     

    Keep in mind that probably you will need to restart your computer for the workaround to work.
