Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Aim Down Sights
2) Stamina seems to go down
3) Why the heck when aim with weapons causes stamina to decrease...?
Actual result: (description of what is occurring)
Aiming Down is cause Stamina Decrease. B333 did not have this issue but when dedicated server upgrade to B336 it seems to now use stamina?

Aiming Down Sights should not cause Stamina Decrease at all.
