Bug Description:   Neither vehicles nor the large propane tanks are showing any fireball effects when destroyed.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1)   Place Vehicles and large Propane Tanks

    2)   Hit or shoot with the Dev Super Digger tool until destroyed.

    3)   Boom (without fireballs)

Actual result: No fireball animations when destroying vehicles or Propane Tanks (regular barrels work fine)

Thanks!  However, it seems that there might be some bugs with the new particle effects - at least for the mines.  As you can see in the video link below, when they explode, there is a flash of a white box/particle plane that does not appear to have a texture map applied to it.  Do you want me to post this as a new bug report?

We have a separate ticket for that one. Thanks for the heads up though!
