Short Iron Pipe Challenge not updating

Thank you for reporting, and sorry for your confusion.

Currently all the harvest challenges are restricted to certain blocks and tools.

For the short iron pipes, you need to use a stone axe on a sink to complete the challenge, and for the mechanical parts, you need to use a wrench on office chairs.

If you track the challenge, navigation icons will be displayed on the blocks that count for the challenge.
