Game mode: normal? Playing on warrior difficulty

Bug Description:trader Rekts voice lines are overlapping themselves with my friends voice lines.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1)One of the pcs host non-dedicated server.
2)have the other pc join so you have two players on one server.
3)talk to trader rekt at the same time, walk in his main lobby around the same time, collect and look at missions at the same time, one trade while one looks at mission, etc(basics anything to trigger a voice line)
Actual result: hearing trader rekt talk two times simultaneously
Expected result: I expect to not hear my friends dialogue with trader rekt as it was in the previous version alpha 21.3 I think it is. Or hear the next voice line after the current one is done.
