dedicated server DeathPenalty setting not working

Can confirm this. Tried several times and with different configurations to make it work.
Same result.
It seems the server setting in the serverconfig.xml is completely ignored.

This is an issue that was fixed once, but it seems that it is occurring again. Thank you for the heads up. I have reopened the internal ticket and added your report to it.

All death penalty settings are botched. I posted a new bug not seeing this. If you try to do a server search with death penalty setting of "xp penalty", you won't find the option for it. If you set the server settings to "nothing" for no penalty, you still get xp debt penalty. Each setting is broken except maybe the default of 50%xp debt.

Just wanted to follow up after this latest patch and add that the Server Searches no longer show "3" for a server that has chosen permanent death, and it seems they are all now displaying properly.

They are still not working properly though. Permanent death still does now result in permanent death.
