    Bug Description:

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Visit a POI with this block, and potentially others, placed in such locations where vertical motion/passage is required.

oldwest_stables is a candidate, but there are others.

    2) Climb a ladder and notice how the collision impedes motion. This is consistent when in the middle of the ladder or when in line with the bottle model.

    3)

Actual result: (description of what is occurring)

Attempting to climb a ladder with such blocks placed directly above or surrounding the entry point area can impede motion. It is not always possible to break these blocks to remove the obstacle because they are not accessible from that angle.

Expected result: (what you expect to occur)

Free motion with no collision interference to the player.

This image shows the rotation in comparison to the currently placed block above the ladder to confirm rotation and overlap.

Attempting to climb the ladder centrally or closer in line to the overhanging bottle model impedes motion.
