SunGod Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Wanted to leave an observation on the unbalanced nature of "feels like" temperature penalties in B199 - right now, when I set outside a shelter into 59F weather, I'm hit with a cold weather penalty and the screen frosts up. Seriously? At 59F? Dude, it should be more like 49F. In 59F you can walk around with a long sleeve tshirt in RL and get warm. Methinks this needs to get adjusted - make it 49F and you get hit with a cold weather penalty, and don't frost the screen until 39F actual or something. Anywho, my two cents. Onward-ish.
