console to pc?

i bought a console version of this game, but im really dissapointed about updates on it.

Is it possible to change console version to pc (steam key)?

Btw, im willing to buy second pc version so we could play together with my girlfriend, but i dont want to buy the first one because i feel like i already paid for it.
