How to change quests.xml for reward type = "Skill" quest?

I changed quests.xml as below.

However, when displaying quest_BasicSurvival, the following error occurred.

reward type = "Skill" seems to not work properly with reward chain.

 

How to display reward type = "Skill" correctly?
