7dtd launcher error with darkness falls

Attempting to play the Darkness Falls mod using the 7 Days to Die launcher. Clean install on client side. Clean install on server side. Using the launcher the game freezes on "initializing world." The log shows an error with some sounds and TitaniumOre not found. The game will load and play as normal on the server through Steam but not through the launcher.

 

We have searched and searched and did not come up with any fixes or ideas that seem to work. Although this is by far, not my specialty so any help would be appreciated.
