Siphon gas from cars

It would be nice to be able to siphon gas out of these cars and make them safer to hit without blowing up. Once the cars gas has been emptied they can then be safely scrapped. The blood draw kit could be used for cars the same way we siphon blood from ourselves.

That is basically what you do in the game finding the gas cans when looting. Also, as the game is now, breaking down a car frame take ages and only leave something like a total of 6 scrap iron.. And why would you want to destroy the most important tool loot container in the world in the first place? (if that was what you were thinking) Just feels like the whole loot/ loot respawn system would need to be different for this to be implemented the way you want it. How would you see how much fuel is left? Would it respawn? It would need a new container or bringing an emty gas can. Much hassle for little in my opinion.
