I have an older system from few years back.
I have since added an m.2 drive and updated to Win 10.
Even before the upgrades I was able to play it. Sometimes my mem usage use to grow so I was using 15 out of my 16 GB of ram.
With Win 10 it seems to have calmed down and it doesn't go nearly that high anymore.
I have vsync on and set to 60 and to be honest most times it is pretty close to it.
I also am running a crap load of mods.
The game so far as I can recall has always been pretty playable for me.
