Mod request - new zombie based on a creative commons Sketchfab asset/model

Hello kind people. 

 

There's a model/asset on Sketchfab that I would like to add to the game as a zombie, but the learning curve to do this myself is a bit much right now.

 

Is there an experienced person who could do this for me?  I am happy to discuss pay for your time and skills, so please let me know.
