Looking for a mod like Seatable Furniture

Hi ! I am new to the 7 Days to Die community and immediately fell in love with the game. So much that sometimes, I just wanna sit there and watch the landscapes, admire the ambience...

But for this, I need to be able to sit, which doesn't seem possible (they really should add it to the base game !). That's when I met mods such as Seatable Furniture or H7SB Seats. BUT, the first is outdated, and the second is both lacking content in my opinion AND not working (for me at least, probably outdated too). So I come here to ask for help, as I am looking for a similar mod.

 

I honestly don't care if I have to make it, but I have no coding experience whatsoever, so I'd really appreciate either a mod like this, or to be taught how to make one like this, or even pay someone experienced to do it for me (I have like 20 euros ready or something).
