Update to buffs and performance.

The A21 Server Side Vehicles can be found here.

They're back!

The original concept from Snufkin for customized Server Side Vehicles using base assets returns in its intended form, with a collection of the most functional vehicles for A21.

These are using an attachment buff on top of additional customized features and at best are considered experimental. Thank you to Oakraven and Snufkin for contributing to this pack. Thank you also to the Guppy Modding community for finding a workaround for these decorative attachments.

Features:

- Server side mod doesn't require the client to install

- Custom decorative attachments to default vehicles and game assets

- Performance boosts to speed, performance, hop capability, and buff defense

- Hooked into regular vehicles

Known and Potential issues:
- Janky. They may have performance issues due to processing demands.

- A red console warning tells us an asset is using an outdated Unity feature, and nothing can be done about that. It was reported as a 'bug' but it is not a priority issue since we are using these vehicles in ways which were never intended. This warning appears to be simply that.
- They push speed to server limits and chunks may need 'catch up' where server hardware is a little sub par.

The A21 Server Side Vehicles - Incomplete Development Build can be found here.

https://github.com/arramus/A21-ServerSideVehicles

This is purely a development place marker as it is currently not fully functional.

A feature which allows the vehicles to receive decorative buffs is not firing and only the default models are displayed. It has been reported as a modding issue in the Guppy's Modding Discord. It is something for the TFP Devs to give consideration.

There is no feedback on whether it was an intentional or just an 'oversight' in the A21 release. Time will tell.

For now the A21 Server Side Vehicles is being released as an Incomplete Development Build.

Things to expect:

Motorcycles

- The Hell Beast, Hell Fire, and Hell Dog motorcycles can be crafted on the Workbench
- All of these Motorcycles have their enhanced speed, hop, fuel capacity, etc

- None of these Motorcycles have their decorations we see in A20

Minibike

- The Spider Bike based on the Minibike can be crafted on the Workbench
- It has the enhanced speed, hop, fuel capacity, etc

- It does not have the decorations we see in A20

Car / 4x4 /  Magic Bus

- The Hell Hound and Hell Spikey can be crafted on the Workbench

- The Hell Car and Magic Bus cannot be crafted on the Workbench because seating is not appropriate without their decorative additions (but can be brought in through Creative Menu)

- None of these vehicles have their decorations we see in A20

Flyers

- The Whirligig can be crafted on the Workbench

- The Shark Blimp cannot be crafted on the Workbench because seating and lack of Shark model appearing is not appropriate (but can be brought in through Creative Menu)

Sled

- The Sled cannot be crafted on the Workbench because seating and lack of decorations appearing is not appropriate (but can be brought in through Creative Menu)

In summary, this mod offers default looking vehicles with enhanced attributes for a Server Side only experience.

Should the decorative function become a viable feature in a future A21 update, this mod is already ready for it and the transition should be seamless. If it becomes viable in another way which accommodates server side only, it can also be explored.
