The Seungja Chongtong rifle is a rifle made by Kim Ji, who served as a warrior in left-handed Jeolla Province and a Gyeongsang do's warrier during king Seon Jo age of the Joseon Dynasty. It is a cylindrical type firearm that loads gunpowder and ball cartridges into a rifle barrel and fires by igniting a igniting line with hands. In particular, it played a big role during Lee Tang-gae's rebellion in 1583. During the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, it was not able to exert much power due to the rifle used by the Japanese army.

The form consists of three parts: rifle barrel, an ammunition chamber, and handle. Rifle barrel is a part that arrows or bullets, with a cylindrical inside and a bamboo joint on the outside is loaded. Six to seven bamboo joints are connected to the pharmacy at intervals of 8 to 9 cm. The ammunition chamber is about 12cm deep, and in the center of the rear part, the line hole leads to the ammunition chamber. The handle is attached behind the ammunition chamber. Wooden handles have holes in them, and in most cases, the inscription on the handle of the rifle barrel was engraved .
