Problem with epic game servers ( anti-cheat) can't even open the game to the menu

Sooo since the experimental a20 , i'm having this issue with the game . when i got this problem after the loading particle effect when the game is just started . the text goes away and i cant do nothing . When i see the logs it talks about being unable to log on to the epic servers. When my multiplayer server had to restart. i was able to play before but after restart i coudnt join anymore . i tried to quit and restart the game and the bug that i mentionned at first happened again. I never cheated on multiplayer , i really dont understand why the epic server authentification is a problem ?
