PVP is ok, No Base Raiding, 3 land claims, 20 trees max per land claim.
 
Do not build in or takeover Points of interest.  You can build anywhere in the world except on/in POI's.

 

We are a pretty new server running Alpha 20.  We have 30 slots at the moment and have a hardware upgraded planned in the near future that will allow more spots if the demand is there.  We are very laid back and friendly.  My wife and I are admins on the server and play most afternoons/nights.
