Suggestions for game changes

Not sure exactly where to post this since its not bugs although dreams are also with many of these stretching it. Anyway,here it goes:) Sandbags should be possible to make out of sand as well as gravel. More/at all implementing gravel roads in random gen. Stabilizing blocks. Blocks collapse especially on bridges (guessing and hoping they will also come in random gen), parking garage roof and more. Thinking ahead that cars also later on shoul be able to pass through these places. Alternate use for garbage items like moldy bread, bone and rotten meat. Maybe s compost pile making fertilizer over time. Shotgun short stock should be possible to burn. Wood frames and even more so window frames should be a lot easier to break with an axe. An axe should be just as effective as a stone axe chopping wood stick sources. Now they take two chops with axe, one with stone axe. Suggest both needing just one chop. All broken blocks should drop something, maybe not always more useful than firewood or broken blocks but it should not just disapper into nothing. Possibility to boild and use a stove in the game. Assuming it will be driven by propane or generator power. Less tough animals. A good hit with a rifle should be enough, although maybe not instantly kill the animal. Also, at least in future (when i assume we wont be able to just walk up to a bunch of animals chopping them with an axe willie nelly) i hope if you somehow trap an animal so you are able to hit it with an axe it would take alot less hits. Better farming. Using gardening hoe shoul make clear lines, possibly with a darker area in the center of each line indicating where the crop needs to be so it wont come in condlict with other plants. This would be a lot better than the hoe`d blob area now made where you just kind of have to guess and search where to put it. Also crops should not just explode like that unless they are driven over with a car. Doesnt make mch sense farming with half of the crops imploding on itself and the other half exploding because of a stray bunny. Last one is kind of a small dream. I`d love to have an odd chance finding and/or mining gold. Guess its not a necessity resource but maybe it could work as a currency or pimping up your character, house or car. Not sure if any sort of trading will be implemented (player to player or npc to player) or it will be more like items given for favours served towards npcs. Would be cool to have trading in some form tho.

The Frame itself costs a lot of wood and has a high durability. 1st tier upgrade costs a little wood and adds a bunch of durability. 2nd tier upgrade costs same amount of wood and adds a bunch of durability. 3rd tier upgrade costs a bit of Scrap Iron and adds a bunch more durability. It's something like 50, 100, 150, 200 durability, for each of the steps. Instead, the frame itself should be cheaper to make, cost less wood, but also be much less durable. The 1st tier upgrade should cost more wood than the frame, and massively increase durability relative to the frame. The 2nd tier upgrade should cost more wood than the first, and again massively increase durability relative to the previous step. Same with the 3rd tier. So instead of 50, 100, 150, 200, it should be more like 20, 50, 110, 200. The total cost, in wood and Scrap Iron, should be the same, but distributed differently over the four steps of making it.
