Looking for clothing/armor/weapon mod that adds in random attributes to items

Hey all, I was wondering if there was a mod that adds certain attributes by luck or by crafting to items such as weapons/armor/clothing. An example of this would be like the runners jacket in vanilla game that gives 20% increase to speed. It would be cool if items would have a random chance from drops or crafting that would add a attribute or two. This would really make unique, one of a kind items and would make the longevity of the game even more! If anyone played Rimworld there is a mod called "Infused" that did this. Thanks and any info to something like this or close to this would be awesome!
