The default value for my mod is 0.04, but you can adjust it to your liking.
If you want your world to look different than the image shows, then you should change the values.
These are the original values for snow:
.4,.4,.1,.1,.1,.1
For the Pine Forest:
.05,.5,.35,.28,.1,.4
