Repair-Vision when holding Repair Tool

I often find it difficult to see which of my fully-upgraded (i.e. tier 4) Rebar/Cobblestone blocks have been slightly damaged (severe damage, of course, is very visible). And since I usually cover both sides of them with Barbed Wire at a later time, I'd like to get them fully repaired first. Of course once they're all covered with Barbed Wire, I can know zombie damage by the Barbed Wire being gone, and then I try to repair those blocks, then after that I place new Barbd Wire. But still, early on, before I have the iron supply to make lots of Barbed Wire, it'd be nice if there was some kind of AR-style "vision overlay", only when holding the Repair Tool, to highlight all blocks that are at less than 100% Condition.
