Server Entity Render Max range

I have been running a server and have recently ran into an issue with console commands that allow players to edit their settings above the max within the GUI. Realising this i have utilised the max render settings within the server interface. This however has created a new issue, basically walls for players that utilise the option. The max render of things within world like the walls of a base have now been capped, but players are still able to be rendered from around 2x the distance. This now allows those players too shoot others from not only outside their own max range, but also through the walls of their own base. Is it possible to include a max range for entity render aswell?
