Aim assist for controller players?

I know, I know. KB/M is the ultimate way to go. And while I do play on PC, my current setup doesn't allow for comfortable kb/m play. I notice with controller, my skills are reduced by over half due to the fact it is so hard to hit anything while using controller to aim. You want to keep it on a high sensitivity for movement's sake, but that really screws with trying to center the right analog on your target.
