What current mods collections are you running?

Hi all,

 

Been looking to get back in to 7 Days with the new alpha with all the cool additions and changes, but so far all the mods I've installed don't seem to mesh that well and the difficulty is a bit much, while some features like the tiny zombies and sheer number of them is off the charts.

 

There's also some weird loading lag happening every 5 seconds while in a town, which I'm trying to nail down.

 

I used to run Valmod in the previous version, but since that's still in development, what mods are everyone else using?

 

Also, here's what I've got installed through Vortex so far.

Any suggestions are welcome.
