Reduced rate of gamestage increase

After being annoyed with the fast pace of gamestage increase, especially on high difficulties, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

 

Introducing a reduced gamestage increase mod! I wanted to make it more sophisticated, but for now it's just a multiplier no idea how to do anything more interesting like make GS only go up on zombie kill. You can also adjust how much it drops when you die.
