Is that part of a typical windows update, because for some reason my PC no longer updates, and will always revert back if it try and force it to. I'm running windows 10 and this randomly started happening early this year.

Spent the last hour browsing online and trying everything I could find. Changing render, disabling EAC, uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying files, resetting pc and adding allowances in firewall.
