I was going to say that's a FAQ but http://darknessfallsmod.com/faqs/ is saying Oops! That page can’t be found.
The various ores have different distributions for each biome. Those three endgame ores are most likely to appear in the wasteland.

I've been enjoying Darkness Falls weekly with a group and when I can, solo. Today while exploring in my current solo game on DFalls-VSmall1 I've had a couple of crashes show up in the console (the second after fully exiting and restarting). This is happening in a town a little south of the north edge of the map. It's crashed twice, both times with the same call stack dealing with cave lighting:

Could one of the files be corrupted? [Edit: This is with Version: Alpha 19.4 (b7) Compatibility Version: Alpha 19.4, Build: Linux 64 Bit]

Today Steam wants to upgrade 7DtD to A19.4. What needs to be done to keep DF working?
Also, in my solo game I can make level 61 tools, weapons, and guns but machete crafting is still level 51. Is this intended to push players to the titanium hunting knife?

FYI, ran into a minor issue with 3.0.6 stable with Linux. Worked in a single player game but joining our server would fail complaining:
This was due to a case sensitivity issue with the ModInfo.xml file in the Chickun-SupplyDrops mod included with ApocNow.
Within 7 Days To Die/Mods/Chickun-SupplyDrops, the fix is to rename the file:
