  1. Just created a new mod for you guys and wanted to leave a link here to it. For me it balances finding schematics and recipe unlocks well. By making it so perks don't unlock recipes but rather the schematics for those items. Then schematics can only be created using an item that is obtained solely through schematics. The way it works is every time you use a schematic you get a shard to make another. Currently in Alpha 19.1 when you find a schematic you get two. That means you will get two shards every time you find a schematic. A new schematic costs 50 shards, so that means every 25 schematics found you can make one you're missing.   2. Yeah, I did create videos. They are rough and unedited though. Links are on the nexus page, and they are all on youtube. If you have any questions post them on the Nexus page for the application. I'll be happy to help :). I also suggest hovering UI components. If you are confused about something. I put tooltips on most ui components to help users understand.
  3. I wanted to give TFP my sincere gratitude and appreciation for 7d2d! They have been working on the game for about 7 years now and it has grown into something extraordinary. From a blocky Minecrafting survival game to this incredible, indepth zombie survival. With the latest experimental for A19 I'm as excited as ever to try the new content. And with the addition of Xpath capabilities, I was able to make an application for making modifications to the game easily. For me this adds endless hours of play ability as I can be a content creator for the game and tweak it to my liking. For that I would like to congratulate the developers and say "Thanks, keep up the great work!"

I really need to refactor and I'm sure there are things that could be done better. I've only worked on it solo and there are tons of things I still want to add to it but I don't have the time.
  5. Just wanted to let you know with v 1.6 I find the app to be a full on XML modlet editor. If you want to come check it out one more time it is quite a bit better than when I originally wrote this post. I have also added some tutorial videos on how to use it. Let me know what you think and if you like it be sure to tell your friends!
  6. Just wanted to throw a link to my application for generating xml amd xpath for 7 days to die. Currently the application has quite a few features to assist in modding the game. It has support for searching the existing xml files easier. And while doing so provides the ability to perform any Xpath command on any in game object, while only needing the bare minimum from the user to create the xml. My goal was to make creating the xml much easier by providing an interface without needed to look through those heavy xml files.
