@Grizzlydude I had this exact same issue. Same IP address. Same Port. I had mcafee webadvisor installed on my laptop and even though I uninstalled it, it left some weird proxy settings setup on my computer that it was trying to put all the traffic through. This was causing some kind of issue with the connection to the epic games servers. I was able to fix it by resetting my proxy settings using "netsh winhttp proxy reset" in cmd as admin.
