    The icon size for the buffs and then collection sections have been increased and it is coded in such a way that it is easily interchangeable by setting a controls node in windows.xml. I expect to get it out in a few days.

     

    Would love to see a small setting to turn off the day/time from the HUD and change that HUD corner to just a line around the edge.

  2. Tried this out on stream last night, and although it's fun, like a few above, I got MOBBED by a steady stream of never ending zombies. After I killed 200+ of them ... with brass knuckles no less ... they were STILL coming, and I had to stop the server and take it off.

     

    Definitely fun, but not even a tiny break to do anything ... no quests, no nothing.

    I'm running b169 on my latest Let's Play, am on Day 3, using an edited CompoPack43 prefab list, and haven't had any issues.

     

    This doesn't mean there can't BE an issue, just sharing that it does work, at least in my case.

  4. Those errors are for POIs that are already commented out in my pefab list; I double-checked. Unless (a) you didn't use the custom list option in Nitrogen, or (b) there was some sort of unexpected error.

     

    The only oddity I seem to be experiencing now is that the initial quest to find a trader ... all my Nitrogen maps say "NO TRADER" for that initial quest

     

    ... but, there is still a HUD quest marker for the quest, and the quest completes ... so it works. *shrug* I dunno.

  5. Here is what I believe is my final edit for the prefab list until the new CompoPack comes out for A19. The last one had a few issues I discovered after playing, and this corrects those.


    This prefab list merges the new A19 prefabs, CompoPack43, and also removes all erroring POIs from CompoPack43 that don't work in A19.
     

    I've generated this in debug mode and normal, and it loads fine on both Single player and Multiplayer, and I've double checked the generated worlds prefab list to assure new POIs are generated.


    Have added comments to the file for what the new prefabs are and which ones were disabled.

  6. Just thought I'd quote this here also. This will fix the current issues with CompoPack43 not working with A19 and NitroGen until the problematic POIs have been updated.

On the first day, I usually find me a parking lot, build a small 5x5x3 flagstone room w/bars for windows, plop a claim block down, build a campfire, and work on whatever I have from the day's lootings. If I've got extra time, I might do some clay gathering (since it's mind-numbing). I'm usually not doing night POIs ... unless I get really lucky with loot, until day 4-5.

  8. So, The hosting information is for a locally hosted system. Has anyone managed to get this running on a Dedicated host service yet? My issue is "Copy over the EXE" which no company I use will allow. If i throw this on the Linux system, all that happens is a string of access violation errors, and no logging... Which has left me frustrated.

     

    I run this without issue on a couple of different dedicated servers, although I use TCAdmin, or just Windows directly. If you're in need of a running server, DM me and maybe I can just host something for you: I have about a half rack of dedis sitting around with nothing on them at the moment anyway.

    Attempt 2 fail-

     

    Sadly the stuck on character creation screen still happens for other players joining, this time it happened the first time, last time it took 3 log outs to happen, so it seems worse now heh. I never seen this bug in vanilla unmodded- I know you said it can happen there but, it would seem to me, this mod has something not set right. I hope you can find what it is someday. I'll have to just run through it in single player until then, I am having a great time otherwise.

    If only there was a way to fix it and keep progress, instead it's a showstopping bug. Restarting game didn't help either, it just keeps happening. =<

     

    This seems to only happen on some servers. We've played every single experiemental A17 build for DF on a server with a dozen+ people. We haven't run into this, not even once. Additionally, I've been experimenting for a Let'sPlay and have probably generated 20+ worlds (with and without HDHQ) and never once hit the issue, whether I leave stuff on my hotbar or not. *shrug*
