  1. Could you restart the launcher? You should see a new option for the ravenheasrt mod to download from a mirror. It's below the test mod sync button.

This advice goes for anyone who is having an issue downloading from GitHub

I didn't think my issue was related, but I did that just in case and I'm now in and past where I was stuck. Thank you!

  2. well i dont know..how i know is i have copy past all folder like other mods and it not working..maybe they should put install instructions with the mod or a video to help people

I've been using the Mod fine since it was first released, so for my issue it isn't installing it (I've been using the mod launcher for a while now). It was just this latest patch that for some reason isn't getting past the "loading blocks" part when the game starts. Maybe I'll just try a full clean install just in case I managed to do something stupid.

  3. Anyone else having issues with the latest version? I was playing fine last night and I went to restart today. I deleted the old folder and reinstalled from scratch. Now when I load it up it hangs on "Loading Blocks". I thought it may be just taking a real long time, so I let it sit for about 40 minutes and it was still on the screen.

  4. So. If this is going to be updated ( 1.09 I think earlier posts mentioned ) should we, or at least I just wait to play it again until then? Mod is enjoyable, but after selecting the 21 Day Blood Moon Horde, I saw another post mentioning Day 7/8 still saw a horde. Wondering if that's broken, or couldn't be helped.

Regardless, thanks for sharing this mod here.

I was the one who saw that, it turns out it wasn't a real horde. It was the local zombies being attracted to my position on that night. This is an issue that's hard coded in the game and can't be modded out. You'll still want to be somewhere safe but it won't be anything like a real horde.

  5. During a normal horde night the game will spawn a horde group and send them to wherever you are. The game also will send any zombies that are already alive in the area to your location as part of the horde night event. The 21 day setup can only stop the horde group from being spawned so you will still get any zombies that are already alive in your area sent to you by the game. So, for example, if your game stage would normally have a horde group spawn size of 50 and you have 10 zombies already alive in the area then instead of getting 60 zombies you'll just see the 10 that are already alive show up to try to kill you. This means that if you want as few zombies to deal with as possible on a non-horde horde night then make sure that during the day you are killing anything that's alive around you to keep the numbers down.

Gotcha, I kinda thought that was the case as the numbers were pretty low. Thanks a bunch!

  6. First off, I'm loving your mod, thank you!

I've been playing the 21 day blood moon (weather disabled) version here and I just hit day 7....and I had a blood moon horde. It didn't seem quite as strong as a typical day 7 though. Is this expected behavior? I'm using the Mod Launcher, and I deleted my files earlier today and picked up the fresh mod files.

Once again, thanks for your hard work!
