It's often quite difficult to complete longer quests like this in one sitting as I havent the time. Easily fixed by doing lower tier quests, but then I'd be missing out on the better rewards. Also found to occur when exiting to Main menu as well, so it seems to occur during loading the save.

Issue happening in a tier 5 "clear skyscraper", where up already having activated the quest marker then exiting the game, the quest will no longer be active and requires you to reactivate the quest marker and start all over. Abusable as an infinite loop of POI reset for loot hoards. Also terribly annoying for long quests.
