it was the same seed, so i need to start new game at this seed again?

My friends and I were playing 7dtd Undead Legacy, but at one point I decided to throw our world cid into the world editor, accidentally, because I originally wanted to throw it into the generator to see where we could all settle together. Now I have buildings appearing, when I approach them they disappear. Also the texture of the ground in some places is replaced by the texture of asphalt or other .
