[Door Locked: Wall Chest with Key]

That is fine for in and out play, but once you claim the lot as a home base (restore point) you need to break down that door(s) and replace them with other doors. This makes the gameplay frustrating. My suggestion is, if the lot is a current restore point area, the doors behave - via the chest on the wall - as a normal door. Once the restore point moves somewhere else it can return to its default state.
