    No, I tried all the settings, low, high, turned on and off everything that is possible

    1) I'm not using Vulcan right now https://pastebin.com/GzWWTSJi This was done after I changed "Vulcan" to "Directx11" 2) I turned off the antivirus system and added all the game files to the "system whitelist" 3) I didn't touch these settings

No The error may appear after 5 minutes of the game, or after 30 minutes I've already checked the game files, they all work properly (I've done it 4-5 times) I reinstalled all possible drivers and packages
