Irukana

I tried it yesterday in my local language, but couldn't find. We couldn't locate simple 1/2 upper cube too.

I can't find this shape https://www.dropbox.com/s/g6gqvxcw4wjksyg/shape.jpg?dl=0 in the blocks menu. I spent all in game day searching. Am I blind or not all shapes are availble for players? Or is this bug?
