Yes he did, with each clean re-install he did that as well

On our end, can't say about others, he's done 3 complete reinstalls, 100% removal of all files before installing as well as Windows repair, several clean installs of graphics card drivers.

Hello, my husband has been having an issue with playing, his game crashes at random. It has happened when we were playing on a dedicated server via Bisect hosting, and it's happening when he joins my saved game through steam. He's tried launching without EAC. It doesn't seem to happen at any discernable point. He's done a clean install of video drivers Reinstalled 7Days Verified integrity of the game files Sometimes, but not always he gets a crash message that says something about an error with yourphone.exe which I know is a windows issue, but it only happens when playing 7days not any other game.
