I know the person that is hosting the server, what do I need to instruct them to do?

Previously no issues joining the MP Dedicated server. Today I got disconnected and when I went to rejoin I couldn't get past the Creating Player section. I have done file validation and a clean install. Not running any mods and using A20 Stable.
