  • Effect trigger 'onSelfWalk' no longer fires when you start walking

    Summary: This doesn't affect gameplay because the trigger is only used with a respawn don't die buff (buffDeathFoodDrinkAdjust), but would affect modders and is just a weird regression so giving the heads up in case it's indicative of other issues.

    Bug Description: In alpha 20, onSelfWalk would fire when changing from idle to walk. It no longer does. It will fire when

    • Changing from run to walk
    • Initial frame upon respawn (so, another reason it doesn't affect actual gameplay)
    • A frame when standing up from crouch

    Also tried: onSelfWalk doesn't fire when walking forward, backward, or strafing. Requirement EntityHasMovementTag tags="walking" still works.
