I hope this is it.  I may have mixed up output logs in original post. if this isn't it, I may not know how to get it. its on a friends dedicated server through hosthavoc.

And here i know im about to fall because of the texture of everything. i could not interact with anything either.

Those are all your local client logs. Would need your friend to send you or post the server side logs.

 

I have the same problem on a gamed.de server except that I get these issues right from the beginning of the game. Sometimes I can play for up to 10 min but sometimes I can't interact with stuff after seconds. Terrain in the distance is not loading and when I go there I fall though the ground. 
The Support of the server tested it for like half an hour with multiple accounts and could'd reproduce the issue.
All I can try now is to test with different hardware and/or network.

We reset the server and player save data. And had to start fresh
