Summary: When trying to create a world or character, this error keeps flooding the console and prevents the game from progressing with it's loading.

Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Settings: Low-Medium custom settings. Mostly just have the base medium settings with my shadows turned down
Game mode: Tried just SP both Navsgen and RWG
Did you wipe old saves? Yes
Did you start a new game? Yes
Did you validate your files? Yes

Bug Description: Unknown error
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Install the game
2) Try to create a RWG world in 8k, or make a new character
3) Bug happens not long after
Actual result: The game will never load, I've left it to sit for over twenty minutes. I was able to play the game just fine before.
Expected result: The game to load and run.
Here is the pastebin link to the log file. I had to cut it down quite a bit to get pastebin to let me upload to it, the console was completely flooded with this error.
I honestly have no idea what is causing the issue here. I was able to play A20 just fine, but then when I updated to A21 Exp, now I just can't do anything at all.
