There are rare cases where cars in POIs can fall and explode when spawning in. I believe that is what happened. There were 2 cars parked where that hole in the image is. Some cars that may have this issue has been removed in a future version of the game.
You can fix the one in your world by resetting the POI.

You can fix the one in your world by resetting the chunk.
- While you are inside the trader compound, please do the following.
- Open console by pressing F1
- "dm" without the quotes in the console and press enter to enter debug mode.
- "cr f" without the quotes in the console and press enter.
- "dm" without the quotes in the console and press enter again to exit debug mode.
