Salvaging 'Camping Chairs' will only yield Military Fibers - IF you PICK UP the chair and place it back down before salvaging.

The POI and Player versions are the same block. Picking them up and replacing them should not have any merit here.

There is, however, an issue with the harvest events not being tagged properly.

With that fix in, you should have a 10% chance of getting Military Fibers with a Salvage Tool and 1 to 2 with the Wasteland Treasures complete bonus.

I have tested this fairly extensively (20 to 30 samples at least) - although perhaps not a true scientific sample size - The pattern is completely clear and consistent:

 

-   Salvaging the chairs 'at once' - NEVER yields any mili. fibers... Only iron.

-   Picking them up and placing back down - ALWAYS yields 1 to 2 fibers (Yes i have all 7 'Wasteland' books)
