Bug Description: Me and my friends were building our base. To make it cleaner we use "Plate" block shape but when we need to place any vehicle above it, it shows the vehicle red for placing. Also the vehicle in placing preview is floating.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Select "Plate" from shape list
2) Place the blocks
3) Try to place your vehicle above the plate shape
Actual result: Action not allowed
Expected result: Place the vehicle successfuly
