    Game mode: (Survival)

     

    Did you wipe old saves? (No)

     

    Did you start a new game? (No)

     

    Did you validate your files? (Yes)

     

    Are you using any mods? (Yes)

     

    EAC off

     

    Status: NEW

     

    Bug Description:

    While inside Trader Jen's compound, I experienced a flicker and now trader Jen is invisible.  I can hear her but can't see her

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (Can't reproduce.  These are the steps taken to fix issue):

    1) Restarted Client

    2) Restarted Dedicated Server

    Just an update.  I moved out of the area, to the trader I was at prior, who is still there, and restarted the client/dedicated server.  Headed back and Jen is still not visible

    Known Issue that will be addressed at a later date.

    @Montaris
    If you or the server admin goes into god mode, you should be able to see her inside the floor.
    Use the radial menu on her to remove her.
    Make sure everyone leaves the chunk and the chunk is fully unloaded.
    She should then automatically respawn in the proper position.

    Hello.  I have used DebugMenu and CreativeMenu though Console.  I have entered God Mode, have found her under the floor, I click on the Radio button and click remove and she stands there looking at me.  Have a done something wrong?

    Hmm. That's really strange. She should just go away when using the Remove function in the radial menu.

    We are looking into the actual issue of the traders falling. Thanks for the report!

    I ended up using a Mod suggested by Hobo King on 7D2D Discord:

    THE HOBO KING — Yesterday at 3:00 AM
    You'll need to use some sort of 3rd party mod to remove the traders. I use CPM's 'le' command to list entities and find the # corresponding to the trader, then the 'entityremove' command to remove it from the world. Trader will then regenerate in the proper place reboot.

     

    This let me remove Jen and reboot the server to get her back.

    Alors cela fait 2jours que j'ai ce probleme aussi que le Trader Jen a disparu mais on l'entend
    Je suis la gerante du serveur dedié mais quand j'essaye de faire quelque chose j'ai toujours le : Denying command from client Lady Harley Quinn
    Je sait pas comment je peux faire pour retablir notre marchand est ce qu'on peut m'aider
