Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Start a map that has multiple of the same trader (ex: Pregen10k with 4 trader bobs)
2) Reach Tier 6 at a trader
3) Accept a Tier 6 Infested clear from the trader at a specific POI (ex: Navezgane General Hospital)
4) Go to that same trader but in a different location and accept a Tier 5 quest for that same POI
5) Go into quest tab and set the Tier 5 quest as active
6) Go to POI marker, observe that the marker says to start Tier 6 even though the active quest is Tier 5
7) Activate marker
Actual result: The game automatically starts your Tier 6 quest and makes it active in your quest list
