Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Have an equipment/tool in inventory
2) Modify the item
3) Observe the stats can be seen on the top left corner
4) Place down a vehicle
5) Go to Radial menu -> Open
6) Observe vehicle stats are on the top left corner
7) Pick up vehicle then attempt to modify it
Actual result: No stats shown on the top left
